Check a certificate against your requirements
Upload one COI. We read it — limits, dates, endorsements — and tell you whether it satisfies what you actually require. No account, no card, and the file is never stored.
Upload the certificate
What happens to the file. It is read in memory to answer this one question and is not written to disk, not attached to any account, and not kept after the response. We don't ask who you are, and this page sets no cookie of its own.

What this actually checks
- Expiration dates on every coverage line, and which ones fall inside the next 30 days.
- Each-occurrence and combined-single limits against the minimums you set — and it says could not be read rather than passed when the certificate says "see policy".
- Additional insured, waiver of subrogation and primary & non-contributory, read from the endorsement forms and language rather than only the ACORD checkbox. A marked box with nothing behind it is reported as exactly that.
- Whether the certificate is made out to you, if you tell us who you are.
It is the same code that runs inside SubTrack on every certificate a customer has on file. This page just points it at one document and no database.
