SubTrack

Terms of Service

Version 2026-08-08 ยท Jacked Trade LLC

Acceptable use

These Terms supplement the Services Agreement and govern day-to-day use of the SubTrack website and application, which are operated by Jacked Trade LLC.

Don't: break the law with it; upload malware or anything you lack the right to upload; probe, scan, or attempt to breach the Service or other customers' data; scrape it or hammer the API beyond published rate limits; impersonate anyone; or use it to send unsolicited bulk email. We may suspend accounts that do these things.

Emails we send on your behalf

The Service sends emails to addresses you enter โ€” subcontractors, their insurance agents, and people you invite to your account. You confirm you have a legitimate business relationship with those recipients and the right to contact them. These are transactional messages about documents and compliance status; don't use the Service to send marketing.

The API

API tokens are credentials โ€” treat them like passwords, don't embed them in client-side code, and revoke them when they're no longer needed or may have been exposed. Requests are rate limited (currently 60 per minute per token). You're responsible for everything done with your tokens. We may change or deprecate API endpoints with reasonable notice.

Third-party links and services

The Service links to state licensing boards and other third-party sites and may integrate third-party services. We don't control them, don't endorse them, and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices.

Our intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, and content (excluding Customer Data) belong to Jacked Trade LLC. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

Beta and early-access features

Features labeled early access, beta, or preview are provided as-is, may change or disappear, and are excluded from any commitments in the Services Agreement. During early access the Service as a whole may be treated this way; we'll tell you plainly when that's the case.
