How seats work. Every account starts with one Full-access admin at $49/mo. From Admin → Team you add more Full-access teammates ($49/seat) or Read-only teammates ($5/seat) — seats are added and removed any time and prorated automatically. The 14-day free trial covers the whole account; we collect a card at signup so it continues seamlessly when the trial ends, cancel any time before then and you're not charged.

Questions we'd ask too

Why is read-only so cheap?

Because compliance information is only useful if the people making decisions can see it. Charging full price for a superintendent who just needs to check whether a sub is clear to work on Monday means nobody invites them, and the information stays stuck with one person.

Is there an enterprise tier?

Not today, and we'd rather say so than invent one. If you need something specific — SSO, a custom integration, volume terms — email us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can do it yet.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You export it to CSV and go. No retention hostage-taking, no export fee, no "contact your account manager to discuss offboarding." Export stays open for 30 days after you cancel, so you do not have to remember to do it on your way out.
